What is a Stage 1 Review?

The Stage 1 Review is the first step of the appeals process.

This is an independent internal group that checks if the decision was made fairly and according to the correct process.

They do not reassess your medical condition.

You must request this review within 4 weeks of the date on your decision letter or email.
