  • Deadlines for submission of questions

    The deadline for questions depends on the meeting.

    Full Council

    12 noon, 7 clear working days before the day of the meeting i.e. for a meeting on a Tuesday this would be 12 noon on the Thursday the week prior to the week of the meeting.

    Corporate & Resources Committee, Place Committee and People Committee

    Two clear working days prior to the meeting, not including the day of the meeting i.e. for a meeting on a Tuesday this would be 5pm on the previous Thursday.

    Neighbourhood Committees

    You do not need to let us know in advance of the meeting but prior notice would be helpful by 10 am on the working day before the day of the meeting as you are more likely to receive a response on the night of the meeting.
